Coolbus LLC built the Coolbus app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Coolbus LLC and is intended for use as is.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
By registering with Coolbus or submitting personal data through our Services, you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with this Policy. This includes identifying information, such as your and your family members’ (if applicable) full names, mailing address, email addresses, images, telephone numbers. We may also periodically obtain both personal and non-personal information about you from other users, our business partners, contractors, and other third parties (including schools and school districts) and may add it to our account information or other information we have collected about you. Examples of information that we may receive include but are not limited to: name, contact information, updated pick up and drop off or address information, purchase history (for premium features), and additional demographic information such as grades of your children.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Services, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Services, the time and date of your use of the Services, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
Our Services do not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. Other Users. Users you invite to a carpool or Users who invite you to a carpool may be able to view the limited personal information that you provided to us. Users who are connected with via social media or within your phone contacts that you imported into the Service may be able to view limited personal information about one another.
Authorized service providers. We may share your personal and non-personal information with our authorized service providers that perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include, but are not limited to, sending SMS or email reminders, processing credit card payments, providing customer service and marketing assistance, performing business and sales analysis, supporting the functionality and data and technology infrastructure of our Services, and supporting contests, sweepstakes, surveys and other features offered through our Services. These service providers may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes.

We use and analyze this anonymous data to help us better understand how our Services are being used. By identifying patterns and trends in usage, we are able to improve our Services. These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
